Position Overview

The position of Credit Analyst at Winthrop Capital Management (WCM) is an intermediate level position designed to provide candidates with a challenging, meaningful and supportive opportunity to build a career in the investment management business.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis of credit securities
• Maintain the compliance of investments relative to policy guidelines
• Assist in the settlement process of credit investments
• Maintain financial models of credit investments
• Provide support to portfolio managers and analysts as needed
• Maintain securities data on internal systems
• Assist in quarterly client reporting process

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in credit analysis or investment industry
• Possession of bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business
• Solid mathematics and quantitative skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• CFA Charter or the desire to pursue CFA
