The successful candidate should have the ability to contribute in a positive manner to our culture by operating consistently within established processes, holding oneself accountable, and seeking to continually learn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the analysis of credit securities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain the compliance of investments relative to policy guidelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in the settlement process of credit investments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain financial models of credit investments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support to portfolio managers and analysts as needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain securities data on internal systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in quarterly client reporting process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years of experience in credit analysis or investment industry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid mathematics and quantitative skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional organizational skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CFA Charter or the desire to pursue CFA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Company Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Winthrop Capital Management was founded in 2007.
