Position Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The position of investment analyst at Winthrop Capital Management (WCM) is an entry level position designed to provide candidates with a challenging, meaningful and supportive opportunity to build a career in the investment management business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The position requires a disciplined, organized, and engaged individual who can contribute positively to our culture in a team-oriented environment. The successful candidate should have the ability to contribute in a positive manner to our culture by operating consistently within established processes, holding oneself accountable, and seeking to continually learn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Reconcile portfolio accounts
\u2022Maintain data integrity
\u2022Assist in the maintenance of asset allocation models and portfolio structures
\u2022Maintain risk models for portfolios
\u2022Maintain financial models for certain companies
\u2022Update security and portfolio analytics
\u2022Provide support to portfolio managers and analysts as needed
\u2022Assist in quarterly client reporting process<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills & Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u20221-3 years of experience in the investment industry
\u2022Possession of bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business
\u2022Solid mathematics and quantitative skills
\u2022Exceptional organizational skills
\u2022Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
\u2022Desire to pursue CFA<\/p>\n\n\n\n
